In FOUR the Family we belichten families uit onze gemeenschap.

FOUR gaat over family en dit is een ode aan de verbinding tussen onze binnenste cirkel en hun dierbaren. In dit deel we hebben een redactionele shoot gedaan samen met Claire Slootheer, oprichtster van Iconic Studios.

Maak kennis met Claire en haar man Wichard en hun lieve dochters Julie en LouLou.

"Family is voor mij het allerbelangrijkste. In het weekend blijven wij het liefst thuis, zodat we extra tijd samen kunnen doorbrengen. We zijn een hele close familie en ik heb veel contact met mijn ouders en schoonmoeder.

Ik ben dankbaar dat mijn familie mij altijd steunt, iets wat ik graag doorgeef aan mijn kinderen. Het kost niets om aardig en dankbaar te zijn."

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR FAMILY?

We have a very close-knit family and spend a lot of time together. We prefer to stay home with the four of us and the pets during weekends.

WHAT DOES FAMILY MEAN TO YOU?

Family is the most important thing for me. I see and talk to my brother a lot, my parents live next door, and I talk to my mother-in-law daily as well.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO PASS ON TO YOUR CHILDREN?

I want to teach my children to always be kind and grateful. That doesn't cost anything.

WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL TO YOUR FAMILY FOR?

I am grateful to my family for always being there for me, for believing in me, and still believing in me. They are always ready to support me and my family.
